Attorney Brian McCullough of Denham Springs, LA; criminal

The state of Louisiana presented Brian Lee McCullough with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal act that reflected adversely on Stevie’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Brian practices with JTS Management Company LLC at 25461 Wax Road in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
