Attorney Joseph Harvin of Slidell, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Joseph B. Harvin with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Pursed claims he knew to be without merit
• Violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Put forth contentions he knew to be frivolous

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Joey practices with The Harvin Law Firm, PLC at 636 Gause Blvd in Slidell Lee, Louisiana.
