Attorney Darryl Breaux of New Orleans; ethical goblin

The state of Louisiana presented Darryl M. Breaux with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled client trust account
  • Maintained personal funds in client trust account
  • Allowed client trust account to become overdrawn
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Darryl.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Darryl practices at 4173 Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
