Attorney Russell Beall of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Russell Wayne Beall with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly split fee with disbarred attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Russ practices with Beall & Thies LLC at 351 Saint Ferdinand Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
