Attorney Stacy Garrett III of Midlothian, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Stacy F. Garrett, III with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Stacy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Intentionally prejudiced client during course of professional relationship

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Stacy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Stacy practices at 2551 Swanhurst Drive in Midlothian, Virginia.
