Attorney Ross Barton of Goodlettsville, TN; criminal

The state of Tennessee provided Ross Allen Barton with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the YMCA Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,  Ross was arrested and charged with burglary, misdemeanor theft and prescription fraud.  Ross’s Barton’s criminal charges were resolved by a Memorandum of Understanding for Suspension of Prosecution placing him on diversion for a period of two (2) years. 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Ross practices at 1112 Kimberly Drive in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
