Attorney Charles Blackard III of Franklin, TN; slacker, repeater

The state of Tennessee provided Charles Galloway Blackard III with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Cumberland Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

Charlie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)
• Failed in duties on termination by client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Charlie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)
