Attorney William Gibson of Cookeville, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided William Edward Gibson with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

As an elected official holding a governmental position, Billy knowingly misused and abused his position with the intent to obtain a significant benefit for another, and caused serious injury to the integrity of the legal process.

While Billy was the District Attorney, he improperly communicated with Christopher Adams who was incarcerated and charged with first degree murder and other serious felonies.  Additionally, Billy as a District Attorney

influenced the outcome of the Adams prosecution, while misrepresenting the strength of the State’s case to the

family of the victim.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bill by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Billy practices at 25 West Broad Street in Cookeville, Tennessee.
