Attorney Timothy Titolo of Las Vegas; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Timothy R. Titolo with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School. 

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Abdicated fiscal responsibility
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Timmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Timmy practices with the Titolo Law office at 9842 Cathedral Pines Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
