Attorney Andrew Taylor of Las Vegas; cheating loser

The state of Nevada presented Andrew D. Taylor with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Charged or attempted to collect excessive fee (cheater)
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Untruthful in statements to others
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Assisted nonlawyer in illegal practice of law
  • Violated rules regarding attorney advertising
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Andy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Andy practices with the Law Offices of Andrew D. Taylor LLC at 3841 West Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
