David O’Mara of Reno, NV; lying loser

The state of Nevada presented David C. O’Mara with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School in Sacramento.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to be candid (lied) towards a tribunal
• Untruthful in statements to others
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Submitted false evidence, false statements or engaged in other deceptive practices during the disciplinary hearing
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Dave practices with The O’Mara Law Firm PC at 311 East Liberty Street in Reno, Nevada.
