Attorney Elliott Yug of Henderson, NV; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Elliott D. Yug with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Ellie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ellie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Ellie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ellie.
