Attorney Thomas Cook of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Thomas C. Cook with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
• Failed to properly serve client lawsuit on defendant
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Tommy practices with The Law Offices of Thomas C. Cook LTD at 8250 West Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
