Attorney Karlon Kidder of Sparks, NV; cheating loser

The state of Nevada presented Karlon J. Kidder with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the Ohio Northern University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Karlon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or attempted to collect unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to act with candor toward tribunal (liar)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel and party
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Karlon by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Karlon practices with the Kidder Law Group at 620 North Rock Blvd in Sparks, Nevada.
