Attorney Cory Hilton of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Cory Hilton with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Cory guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Sanctioned for failure to comply with court orders
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to comply with several court orders
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to file necessary appellate documents on client’s behalf
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to comply with discovery requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Cory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Corey practices with the Law Office of Cory J. Hilton at 5545 Mountain Vista Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
