Attorney Michael Myers of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin

The state of Nevada presented Michael Steven Myers with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with accounting of disbursement of $150,000 in settlement funds
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to resolve client medial liens in timely manner
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Mike practices with Myers & Gomel PC at 2920 South Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
