Attorney David Spurlock of Las Vegas; scofflaw 

The state of Nevada presented David Thirl Spurlock with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Collected fees he was not lawfully entitled to collect
• Failed to decline representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Dave practices at 7455 Arroyo Crossing Parkway in Las Vegas, Nevada.
