Attorney Suzanne Lugaski of Reno, NV; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Suzanne Lugaski with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Suzy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file necessary papers with Supreme Court on client’s behalf
• Failed to comply with court order
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Sanctioned by Supreme Court for failing to comply with order
• Filing failed to comply with Court rules
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Suzy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Suzy practices at 10555 Dillingham Drive in Reno, Nevada.
