Attorney Kenneth Frizzell III of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf 

The state of Nevada presented Kenneth G. Frizzell III with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to take steps to assure office staff complied with Disciplinary Rules
• Negligent in supervision of office staff in dealings with clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Kenny practices with the Law Offices of Kenneth G. Frizzell III at 619 South Sixth Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
