Attorney Fred Kennedy of Las Vegas; moronic slacker

The state of Nevada presented Fred W. Kennedy with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Freddy!)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Displayed indifference to making restitution to clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Freddy practices at 528 South Casino Center Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
