Attorney Mark Coburn of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Mark T. Coburn with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote several checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

Because Attorney Misfits in Nevada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Doug was never criminally prosecuted for writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark T. Coburn at 732 South Sixth Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
