Attorney Jerry Donohue of Las Vegas; idiotic loser

The state of Nevada presented Jerry T. Donohue with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to provide competent legal services (idiot)
• Failed to adequately supervise office staff
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure paralegal not stealing from clients
• Knowingly allowed paralegal to violate Rules of Professional conduct
• Failed to respond to client communications
• Assisted non-attorney in illegal practice of law
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Jerry practices at 521 South 6^th Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
