Attorney Brian Boggess of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin

The state of Nevada presented Brian D. Boggess with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from George Washington University Law School. 

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately pursue client cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Brian practices with Boggess & Harker at 7495 West Azure Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
