Attorney George Haines of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented George H. Haines with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School. 

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Georgie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to so act
• Charged or attempted to charge excessive fee
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted non-lawyer in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Georgie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Georgie.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Georgie practices with Haines & Krieger at 8985 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
