Attorney Eric Powell of Parkersburg, WV; disgusting pervert

The state of West Virginia presented Eric K. Powell with a law license in 1993.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Had sex with underage girl in his residence
• Photographed and videotaped sexual encounter with underage girl

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Jimmy by ordering his disbarment. However, the comedians on the Court subsequently reinstated Eric the Perv’s law license.
