Attorney F. Grey Powell of Raleigh, NC; lying thief

The state of North Carolina provided F. Grey Powell with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found F. Grey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted others in the illegal practice of law
• Made false or misleading statements about his services
• Collected an illegal fee (thief)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t F. Grey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished F. Grey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), F. Grey practices at 3307 Clark Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina.
