The state of Louisiana provided Victoria Baker Flores with a law license in 2002.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Vickie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandated Continuing Legal Education requirements
• Failed to comply with relevant Supreme Court rules
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Vickie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 11-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Vickie.
