Attorney Michael Unti of Raleigh, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Michael L. Unti with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Washington and Lee University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to prepare discovery for opposing party
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Mike practices with Unti & Smith PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina.
