Attorney Edward Brockman of Penn Yan, NY; pervert

The state of New York provided Edward Brockman with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

Local law enforcement has charged Eddie with engaging in the following criminal conduct.

• Inappropriately touched a client, a teenage girl in his office
• Charged with forcible touching
• Charged with official misconduct

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Eddie the Perv cops a plea. Hopefully, the sentencing judge sends him off Dannemora State Prison and orders he be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is rumored to be the friendliest inmate in the joint.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Eddie continues to be employed as a Yates County public defender and that Penn Yan attorney.
