Attorney Wade Enget of Stanley, ND; slacker

The State of North Dakota presented Wade Enget with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Wade guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to ensure client complied with North Dakota law re: estate matters
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to provide substantive info to client as to client’s duties and the methods by which those duties were to be completed
  • Knowingly failed to communicate with client re: heir’s agreement he drafted

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Wade by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Wade practices with Schulte & Enget at 18 Railroad Avenue in Stanley, North Dakota.
