Attorney James Ashworth of Davis, CA; grossly incompetent, thical gnome

 
The California Supreme Court unfortunately gifted attorney James Ashworth with a law license in 1990.
 
James Ashworth has made several trips to the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree beginning in 2001 and continuing through 2010. The California Bar Court found James Ashworth guilty of a plethora of misconduct involving at least six clients, some of which is as follows:
  1. Failing to competently perform legal services (Dumbo/Dufus)
  2. Failure to promptly return unearned fees (crook)
  3. Failing to maintain client funds in trust
  4. Refusing to provide accounting of funds to clients’
  5. Repeatedly failing to respond to client inquiries
  6. Failure to inform clients of significant developments in case
In addition, the Bar Court found Ashworth guilty of engaging in multiple acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty and corruption.
 
Attorney James Ashworth’s Punishment
 
In March 2010, and in honor of Ashworth’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the Bar Court gifted Ashworth with a complimentary 6 month suspension. What a joke!
  
As we speak (ca. Feb 2011), this certified loser practices law at The Law Office of Mary-Alice Coleman at 1109 Kennedy Place in Davis, CA (suburb of Sacramento).
 
My advice would be to avoid this so-called law firm if ya live in the greater Sacramento are unless you’re looking for incompetent services at exorbitant prices.
