Attorney Gary Warren of Richardson, TX; lying loser

The state of Texas presented Gary Ray Warren with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The 14th District Court of Harris County found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Frequently failed to carry out completely obligations owed to client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.
