Attorney Timothy Ribley of Charlotte, NC; repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Timothy O. Ribley with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to inform cline statute of limitations had expired on tribal casino claim
• Failed to notify client he relocated to another state
• Failed to deliver client files to client when requested

As one would suspect, this isn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Timmy practices in Charlotte, North Carolina.
