Attorney Robert Fireman of Newton, MA; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert Neil Fireman with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to pursue clients’ lawful objectives
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Clients were exposed to substantial losses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Bobby practices with the Upper Falls Law Office at 26 Ossipee Road in Newton, Massachusetts.
