Attorney Derek Moorhead of Raymore, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Derek Richard Moorhead with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Derek guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Derek found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Derek by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Derek practices at 102 Johnston Parkway in Raymore, Missouri.
