Attorney Richard Brazan Jr. of Baton Rouge; cheating loser

The state of Louisiana presented Richard J. Brazan Jr. with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick found it acceptable to advise his client to improperly obtain documents from an opposing party for use in preparing discovery.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Dick practices at 5364 Westdale Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
