Attorney John Teschner of New York City; serial offender

The state of New York presented John Hugh Teschner with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to file fiduciary tax returns for trust
  • Neglected to deposit $40,000 check into estate trust

As one would suspect, this isn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Johnny practices at 132 Nassau Street in New York, New York.
