Attorney Richard Abraham of Towson, MD; idiotic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Richard Kenneth Abraham with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Dick was also provided with a law license in Ohio in 1984 and DC I 1990.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to diligently pursue distribution of estate assets

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Dick practices with Abraham & Bauer LLC at 504 Baltimore Avenue in Towson, Maryland.
