Attorney Peter Palivos of Las Vegas; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Peter Angelo Palivos with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Chicago.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Clearly negligent in reviewing work of office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016), Pete practices with Nevada Real Estate Investments LLC at 9655 South Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
