Attorney Michael McIntee of Towner, ND; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Michael S. McIntee with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to disclose to client possible effect of conflict
• Caused injury or potential injury to client
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonitition for engaging in a variety of misconduct, some of which was the same as aforementioned.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Mike practices with the McIntee Law Firm at 207 Main Street South in Towner, North Dakota.
