The state of California provided William Andrai Acosta with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California Bar Court Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Dishonesty or via gross neglect misappropriated (stole) $4,200 of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Billy practices with Acosta Law at 425 East Arrow Highway in Glendora, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
