Attorney Wallace Anctil of Berlin, NH; ethical gremlin

The state of New Hampshire presented Wallace J. Anctil with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Wally guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return numerous client phone calls
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to timely respond to client inquiries
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to represent clients’ best interests
• Failed to turn over client file to client when requested

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Wally by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Wally practices in Alstead, New Hampshire.
