Attorney Charles Bradshaw II of Shreveport, LA; slacker, loser

The state of Louisiana presented Charles Marvin Bradshaw II with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect Charlie fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.cbradshawlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Charlie practices his brand of law with The Law Offices of Charles M. Bradshaw II & M. Randall Fish at 610 Marshall Street in Shreveport, Louisiana.
