Attorney Allen Gibson of Fernley, NV; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Allen D. Gibson with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Allen!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Allen’s law license will be reactivated in May 2016, at which time he will practice at 165 West Main Street in Fernley, Nevada.
