Attorney David Riggi of Las Vegas; ethical misfit

The state of Nevada presented David A. Riggi with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
