It should be noted that this prestigious award is limited to Legislative Division candidates in the Texas State Senate, as opposed to House winners and/or those in the Judicial Division.
The Watchdawg is proud to announce that Texas State Senator Troy Fraser of Dallas is the winner of this esteemed award, despite keen competition among like-minded competitors, all of whom have exhibited impressive credentials as Amelia Earhart and/or Wright Brother Wannabees.
Troy is to be commended for his proven skill at dipping into his campaign funds and dispensing with $633,215 for the costs of airfare (ca. Jan 2000 to June 2010).
Troy is also a serious candidate for the Secretariat Award (Triple Threat), and it appears that Troy will surely receive an award as a member of the Senate Millionaires Spendthrift Club.
Congrats Troy; keep up the good work! We should let your constituents all know of your impressive record; you are far too humble.
