The state of North Carolina provided John Peter Cattano with a law license in 1988.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to make false or misleading statements in his petition for reinstatement from inactive status to active status in his correspondence to the State Bar.

As a consequence of him misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
