Attorney Jonathan Powell of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Jonathan L. Powell with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly with opposing party and counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jon practices with Jonathan Powell PC at 2030 East Flamingo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
