Attorney Glenda August of New Iberia, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Glenda M. August with a law license in 1985.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Glenda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client of failure to timely file lawsuit

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Glenda by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
