Attorney Barrett Daly of Metairie, LA; lying loser  

The state of Louisiana presented Barrett Bond Daly with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Barrett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Barrett by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Barrett practices at 3648 Bauvais Street in Metairie, Louisiana.
